Jessica is a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada. Before becoming a litigator, Jessica was a technologist. She coded, designed, implemented, and managed enterprise applications, software, and web interfaces for universities and major corporations.

She is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit, the Supreme Court of Nevada, and the District of Nevada.
