Abbey Boggs is a Senior Contracts Negotiator at RTI International. Abbey negotiates contracts and assistance agreements with various clients, including the federal government, state and local governments, nonprofit organizations, and commercial entities. Her practice area also encompasses the review of RFPs and RFAs, where she works closely with RTI researchers and business partners to identify and mitigate risk, influence competitive bidding strategies, and submit compliant proposals. As a part of her role, she ensures compliance with terms and conditions, established policies, federal and state laws, and regulatory requirements.

Abbey graduated magna cum laude from Belmont Abbey College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in criminal justice. She received her Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law where she graduated with honors (summa cum laude). Abbey later went on to get her Master of Laws (LLM) in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law. She is an active member of the North Carolina Bar.
